  1. How do I know the watches advertised on LuxuryTime.com are authentic?

    LuxuryTime.com watches are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and in perfect working order. Every watch comes complete with box sets, instruction manuals, the original serial number and model number inscribed by the watch’s manufacturer. We have been in the business of selling watches for over 20 years in Beverly Hills, CA and a leader in retail & wholesale of the highest quality timepieces throughout this time.

    We are members of the (IWJG) International Watch and Jewelers Guild and have gathered an impeccable reputation for our service in the art of selling fine watches and ensuring our customers will always receive only authentic watches of the highest level.   2. What is the LuxuryTime.com return policy?

    Our customer satisfaction is our number priority. If there is a problem with the performance of the watch or if it was delivered damaged – we will be happy to offer you a refund. Returns and exchanges are not permitted, and will be refused, if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (including sizing or the removal of links).You must inform us about the damage or performance within 24 hours after it was received.

    Before returning the item you have to obtain a return authorization (RA) number from us by calling 310. 285. 0005. Any returned items without an official RA number will not be accepted. No Exceptions. All shipping and insurance fees incurred are non-refundable.

    Special order items are not returnable and deposits for special orders are non-refundable

  3. How fast can I get my LuxuryTime watch?

    Depending on the method of payment, the quickest way to get your watch is to simply do a wire transfer (bank-to-bank wire transfer) the required funds to us. Wire transfers a normally received the same day as our customer’s wires are sent from their bank (as long as it is sent before the bank’s cut off time). If we get confirmation from our bank of the receipt of your wire transfer (with the correct & complete funds required), we can ship it to you for next day delivery in most cases.

    If you use an other payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, then it will delay the process as our security and fraud controls need to be put into motion first.

  4. Does the watch come with a warranty?

    LuxuryTime.com watches feature a 2-year LuxuryTime warranty on functionality and a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. If for any reason your watch stops functioning as it should during the course of normal use within two years of purchase, ship it back to us overnight, and we will repair or replace it for free.

    No. We cannot legally sell these watches on the internet and represent that the manufacture’s warranty is valid. That is why LuxuryTime Watches warranty department stands behind each watch we sell.

    Almost 100% of the time the new watches we sell come with box and papers. For used watches, it varies. It is always clearly marked for each item if it does or not.

  8. How does LuxuryTime ship? Do you insure for the full value?

    LuxuryTime.com watches will be shipped to you safely and securely, fully insured, via UPS overnight delivery with signature required. We use a third-party insurance company, Jewel Systems of San Diego that insures each shipment we make up to $100,000. Your watch will be as pictured and as described on our website. If, upon receipt, your watch is not as pictured or as described, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

  10. I am located outside the US. Can LuxuryTime ship to me? How much duty will I pay?

    LuxuryTime can ship your watch anywhere in the world as we have customers internationally. Our international shipments are also shipped via UPS and insured via Jewel Systems of San Diego for their full value. Customs and duties paperwork are always filled out as instructed by customers. For the most accurate schedule of duty rates, check with your country’s local tax laws.

  11. Security and Fraud:

    • All transactions are processed on a secure server to ensure security.
    • All credit card transactions are thoroughly reviewed by a credit card security specialist for fraud indicators prior to processing the credit card.
    • Any orders that have one or more “potential fraud indicators” may be canceled, without notice, at our discretion.
    • All potential fraud indicators are immediately reported to the appropriate credit card issuing bank for further investigation. If your order contains any unusual circumstances that may be considered a fraud indicator, we strongly recommend that you contact us by phone to prevent delays or cancellation of your order.

    A Bank-to-Bank wire transfer is a specific type of electronic funds transfer where your bank “Wires” money directly into our bank account. On high dollar value purchases, Place your order online and select “Wire Transfer” as your payment option, or send us an email or phone us requesting Bank Wire Transfer instructions. If you send us an email, be sure to include the product you wish to purchase and the “Ship to” city, so we may accurately quote any shipping and insurance charges. We will reply to your online order, email, or telephone request with the estimated delivery time for the product and the information required by your bank to initiate the Wire Transfer.
